Submit applications and earn rewards for your work
You've got skills, ideas, or projects. Organizations have funding and need help. Incented connects the two through transparent, community-driven programs.

How It Works
Browse programs on incented.co/explore, find one that matches what you do, and submit an application. The community votes on submissions during a voting period, and winners get paid automatically through blockchain multisig wallets.
No committee decides in private. No waiting months for a response. Voters stake their own tokens, so they're motivated to pick applications that genuinely deserve funding.

The Basics
You don't need a wallet to submit. Create an account with email, then provide a reward address in your application where you want to receive tokens if you win.
Your reward address must match the chain. EVM programs (E.g. Base, Optimism) need an Ethereum-style address (0x...). Solana programs need a Solana address.
Double-check your reward address. Tokens sent to the wrong address cannot be recovered.
Programs pay winners differently. Some give everyone the same amount (Fixed), some split a pool equally (Split Equal), some give more to higher-voted submissions (Split Proportional), and some let you propose deliverables with budgets (Milestone).
What Voters Look For
Voters are staking their own tokens, so they want to back applications that will actually deliver value. Help them say yes:
- Be specific about what you'll deliver. Vague promises don't win votes. Concrete deliverables do.
- Justify your budget. Explain how you'll use the funding.
- Show your track record. Past work, qualifications, or portfolio pieces build confidence.
- Align with the program's goals. Read what they're looking for and address it directly.
Common Questions
Can I submit to multiple programs? Yes, submit to as many as you like.
Can I edit after submitting? Yes, until the submission period ends. After that, applications are locked for voting.
When do I get paid? After voting ends, settlement runs (usually within a day), then multisig owners approve the transactions. Expect a few days total.
Do I need tokens to submit? No, submitting is free. You only need tokens if you want to vote on other applications.
